End-to-end dimensional inspection, precision assembly, process interlocking
and traceability for a critical titanium shaft.
The Titanium Shaft ZDM line is engineered to inspect every critical feature, assemble precision-fit components and verify the completed shaft before release. The system combines mechanical gauging, pneumatic air gauging, servo-controlled pressing, laser measurement, LVDT inspection, vision-based presence checks and production traceability within one coordinated automation platform.
Each shaft is carried through a defined sequence of stations using a controlled transfer system. A pass-to-proceed logic prevents an unverified or non-conforming component from moving to the next process. Process results, press curves, dimensional values and final status are captured against the individual component for complete manufacturing traceability.
All critical holes, diameters, faces and assembly interfaces are verified before and after assembly.
Controlled assembly stations ensure correct component presence, orientation, pressing force and final position.
The line is designed around process interlocking, controlled rejection and traceable quality data.
Integrated inspection, assembly and quality validation for the titanium shaft with a zero-defect manufacturing approach.
